The Worldwide Innovative Networking (WIN) in personalized cancer medicine consortium was initiated by the Institut Gustave Roussy [France] and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center [USA]. WIN is a non profit, non governmental organization bringing together 28 cancer centers and industry partners from four continents to address the challenge of increasing the efficacy of cancer diagnostics and therapeutics.
