Simon Istolainen

Simon Istolainen is a tech entrepreneur and the former founding CEO of MyMajorCompany, a leading European crowdfunding platform in the music industry.
After spending several years in France and the US as a movie and TV producer within the MEDIAWAN group, a global production conglomerate backed by KKR, Simon Istolainen transitioned into investing and founding techbio companies.
In 2016 he played a key role in the creation of Owkin, an AI biotech unicorn and in 2019 he was a pre-seed investor in Resilience, a remote patient monitoring app created as a spin off of Gustave Roussy Cancer Campus.
He is now the co-founder of CURE51, a company focused on eradicating cancer and managing its clinical network and scientific community.
Throughout his career, Simon has raised more than 100 million euros for his ventures.
