The Egyptian Cancer society (ECS) was founded in 1991 as a branch of Egyptian medical association, it is an independent non-profit association. ECS plays a pivotal role as a leading scientific reference and the educational arm for oncologists in Egypt.

To be a leading force in the fight against cancer in Egypt and the region, transforming cancer care through innovation, education, and advocacy while ensuring equitable access to world-class treatment and empowering healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Our Mission
• Upgrading the medical knowledge among oncologists in Egypt and the Arab countries through constant meetings and discussions.
• Advancement in cancer prevention, diagnosis, and therapy.
• Awareness of cancer-related problems.
• Persistent and continuous activities to the community via outreach programs.
• Collaboration with other regional and international cancer societies.
